vintage TRUSS ROD SET

This vintage correct TRUSS ROD SET includes a 3/16" stainless steel truss rod, sized "vintage LP length" plus 1/4´´ and threaded on BOTH ends (10-32 thread), comes with Gibson-style brass adjusting nut (5/16" hex, supplied with barbed half moon washer) and 5/8" x 3/8" (15.88mm x 9.53mm) diameter anchor nut, set is ready to install. You just have to cut or grind the slight reserve we added for adjusting to the final length according your project (or just screw the rod into the anchor till the top of the rod incl. brass nut fits the cavity).

We recommend to secure the anchor with a drop of super glue onto the thread, the anchor can be glued to the according hole in the mahogany using fishglue (hide glue does not adhere to steel while fishglue does).
