This old stock VIOLIN NECK comes from the heritage of a German luthier who retired in 1970, wood dates back most probably to the early-mid 1960s.

- pre 1970 wood, flamed Bosnian maple (acer pseudoplatanus) for VIOLIN neck

- 50+ years airdried and ready to work with after acclimatisation in your workshop

- no issues: what might look colored from the pics is caused by the long stocking
period and will sand off completely, resulting in an excellent and clean top.

- in rare case there is an issue this is well documented by a separate detail pic
