VIOLINE top, 2001

This old VIOLIN top comes from the heritage of a German luthier who retired in 2001, wood dates back most probably to the early-mid 1990s.

- pre 2001 wood, European Spruce (picea abies) for VIOLA

- 15+ years airdried and ready to work with after acclimatisation in your workshop

- silk/"silver" (medullary rays) all over the plate

- no issues: what might look colored from the pics is caused by the long stocking
  period and will sand off completely, resulting in an excellent and clean top.
