Carved Top, bookmatched, nr.66

This airdried carved top of highly flamed maple comes bookmatched, stocked for many years (at least 8), ready to use after acclimatisation in your workshop.

Species: acer pseudoplatanus (mountain maple), the European variant of Eastern Hard maple.

We have drawn an oversized LP template on the wood, top is sized for usage on any regular carved top guitar like a Les Paul or a PRS style guitar.

Oversized in all dimensions, thickness of each plate is in the 22mm range (approx. 0.9 inch).

Due to flash on the pic some of the figure has been "erased", wood is in real even "better" flamed that it may appear from the pic.

The beauty of this top was esp. hard to capture, flash did a bad job... we have taken several pics from all kinds of angles, use your imagination and puzzle. In fact this is a finest flamed top all through the surface.
