When doing a vintage correct LesPaul replica you need for drilling through the maple top (and partly through the mahogany that is left at this area) a 1/2" inch (12,7mm) drill bit for accepting the toggle switch shaft.
Same is valid for the Flying V (where applies).

In the "metric world" like Europe or Asia such drill bits are not standard and hard to get.

Here we offer such a drill bit made of HSS steel at a reasonable price.
