ABS sheet for Jackplate, 1.5mm

The (plastic) material mix that can be found on vintage Les Pauls goes on:

White ABS of 1.5mm thickness was used for the Jackplate, corners were more sharp than today´s.

Originally these were punched, but you can get a nice "punching look" when using a router bit with multi-teeths (instead of a single cutting edge).

The four holes for mouting needs to get countersunk.

Here we offer one piece off-white ABS of 1.5mm thickness, oversized to approx. 40x40+ mm for making your own Jackplate.
This piece of stock material is good for 1 vintage corret Jackplate.
