Template for vintage Jackplate

Here we offer a template for a vintage shaped Jackplate AND one piece off-white ABS of 1.5mm (0.06") thickness, oversized to approx. 40x40+ mm for making your own Jackplates.
This piece of stock material is good for 1 vintage corret Jackplate.

White ABS of 1.5mm / 0.06" thickness was used for the Jackplate, corners were more sharp than today´s modern version.

Originally these were punched, but you can get a nice "punching look" when using a router bit with multi-teeths (instead of a single cutting edge), or use a rasp for roughing the sides to a "punch look".
