Filler Strip, maple, thicknessed

Principly easy to make yourself, this set can save you time: precisely sanded FILLER STRIP SET for covering the truss rod of a 1959 Les Paul replica.

The vintage truss rod slot is (theoretically) 4.76mm (0.187´´) wide, but due to the routing process in real regulary a hue wider. We have set the thickness of the filler strip precisely to 5.0mm width (0.196´´), so - depending on your slot - it will fit as it is (i.e. if a metric 5.0mm router is used) or can easily be sanded down and adapted to a perfect fit within seconds.

The long strip is far oversized in length and 15mm high and the short end strip covers the part of the truss rod slot where no truss rod is existing, the additional 5mm let this end strip sit fully down to the bottom of the slot while it still stands proud off the top of the fretboard for a few milimeters.
