NYLON 6/6 NUT blank

Vintage Les Pauls were equipped with a nylon 6/6 nut, for the serious repair shop or engaged replica builder we offer here this material, cut oversized for final sizing in your workshop. 

Material is really (very) hard, best for cutting is a bandsaw (or a handheld saw for cutting metals), but sands quite well.

Vintage building hint:
The vintage nuts were/are 4.76mm (3/16") thick; sand to thickness and start with 0.4" (10mm) heigth and add (file) the 12" fretboard radius to the top, then notch the string slots.
